‘Rope’ up the courage for our new Gym Challenge!

To complete the Rope Challenge simply pull the full rope length through the rid and repeat 4 times!

  • One side of the rope is all the way at the top of the station.
  • Use a member of the gym team to record you
  • You must pull the rope to the opposite side of the rig until the other end of the rope is at the top of the station
  • You must complete this action 4 times

Remember: You’re being timed! Your time will be recorded by one of our team and your name and time shall be placed on the leaderboard. Will you be the fastest?
